PANEL DISCUSSION
Hear from founding artist, Charlie Kirkham, about the beginnings of the Sudden Cardiac Art project, why it’s needed and where it’s headed.
Enjoy a fascinating presentation on “The Secularisation of the Breast in the Western World.” For a long time breasts were regarded as a symbol of nourishment and maternal love. In this talk, artist Iluá Hauck da Silva will explore how, from the Reformation onwards, the breast began to lose its religious significance and became an object of medical scrutiny and voyeuristic pleasure for men.
Then participate in a lively discussion with people from the sudden cardiac arrest movement, people who survived, people who grieve, people who advocate, medical and defibrillator professionals, and artists. Ask your questions. Learn from experts with lived experience and life-saving vision.
Littleford Room

4:00pm
DEFIBRILLATOR DONATION TO THE COMMUNITY
