A Sense of Movement, 2- 6 November

Delighted to be taking part in an exhibition that helps fund vital research into neurology. Envelopes are anonymous and sold online for just £85. It’s so secret I can’t share the images of mine until it’s all over…check tomorrow from 11 am and pick up a bargain while supporting vital research.
A Letter in Mind, returns for the ninth year! Starting with a simple envelope, we’re inviting entries from artists, patients and supporters to show us what ‘A Sense of Movement’ means to them.
Our ninth exhibition takes its inspiration from all that we have been missing over the last few years, such as travelling to far-off places, experiencing new activities and moving through life in a stimulating world. Whether you are feeling that change is in the air or you prefer to take the theme literally, we hope that you’ll be inspired by this year’s focus for A Letter in Mind.
Just a few of our 2022 artists include: Orlanda Broom, Stephen Campbell Moore, Annie Cattrell, Laurie Chetwood, Kevin Eldon, Mark Entwisle, Jesse Grylls, Russell Herron, Lindy Heymann, Lizzie Hobbs, Tim Hopgood, Eliza Kentridge, Frank Kiely, Anita Mangan, Andrew Marr, Luke Morgan, Ishbel Myerscough, Morag Myerscough, Harry Pye, Gill Rocca, Christopher Samuel, Kate Sherman, Simon Tolhurst, Duncan Wood and Bethan Woollvin. These artists, alongside many, many more are making this show one of the most exciting to date.
Previous artists include Joanna David, Polly Dunbar, Mark Entwisle, Harry Hill, Andrew Marr, Ishbel Myerscough, Morag Myerscough, Grayson Perry, Sophie Thompson and Bethan Woolvin. With more to be announced so stay tuned!
The artwork envelopes will all be priced at £85, exhibited at Gallery Different and sold via our online gallery. As always, all proceeds from sales will support vital projects at Queen Square.
